HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS $10,000 CASH
GIVEAWAY.
You will be entered automatically with each purchase
made between November 1 and October 31 in any calendar year*—
whether you call, send or fax your order. Or, to enter without making
a purchase, handwrite your name, school name, address and phone
number on a 3”x 5” card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to:

TERM:
This $10,000 Cash Giveaway will run November 1 through
October 31 annually*.
PRIZE:
One winner will receive one (1) $10,000 cash award for his or
her school or organization.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning will be determined by the num-
ber of entries received. Estimated odds of winning are 1 in 100,000. Each
entry has an equal chance of winning. Mail entries must be postmarked
by October 31 to be included in current year’s drawing*. The winner
will be selected in a random drawing to be held on November 30 fol-
lowing the October 31 cutoff date, from the amount of all eligible entries
received. (Orders postmarked AFTER October 31 will be included in the
next year’s drawing*.) By participating, entrants agree to abide by these
rules and the judge’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be notified via UPS by December
12 following the drawing, and announced in various promotions. For

All legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older may
participate in this Giveaway, except employees of Sportdecals

and
their subsidiaries, judges and their respective agents and suppliers and
their immediate families and household members, and all others as-
sociated with the development and execution of this Giveaway. Any
entry received which is illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced,
illegitimately obtained or tampered with is void. Sportdecals

is not
responsible for printing errors, detached labels or entries that are late,
lost, misdirected or have insufficient postage.

This $10,000 Cash Giveaway is subject to all fed-
eral, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sport-
decals® reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this
Giveaway should any cause beyond their control, corrupt the administra-
tion (postal strike, for example), security or proper play of the Giveaway.
Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the cash award recipient.
EXPIRATION:
The check for $10,000 will expire one year from date
